I am urging anyone that goes on this site regarding RPM to please get in contact with me. My name is Lavelle and I am in Ocala, Florida. Fact is my husband owes a $200 bill and they have called my home several times a day and they hang up. I call back and they are rude and won't give information. I have contacted Morgan and Morgan which is a Law Firm and they go after agencies such as this one. I have an intake appointment with them today. I have done my research on this and the FCCPA act. If you have caller ID, record date, time, and number that RPM calls from. Keep a Log of everything. I would love to communicate with anyone that has problems with this agency. Whatever you do be very nice and polite on the phone if they decide to speak. Get the persons name. Important!
Report them to Attorney General in your state, which Florida is Charlie Crist. Report them to Consumer Protection, any television station that will listen, and contact Morgan & Morgan. Please email me.
