I was called on my cell phone one day while driving. A company called USA credit called and said I was approved for a credit card. I asked if it was a credit card I applied for was though Bank of America that I applied for the day or two before. They said no and then she told me I was approved for $7500.00 to purchase products online. She asked me if I could pay $79.95 and I said no. She asked me on what day could I pay the money and I said the 30th. She said the money was refundable towards a credit online.
She said they was going to send me a credit card but it could only be used online. I never received the credit card been about 15days. She gave a sign in number but, I didn't write it down because I was going to wait until I got the card. On 7/03/06 they debit $79.95. I looked at the debit and tried to see the site myself and this popped up.
