A young family member of mine submit information to EDP for a Prime Mutaul ATM Card, thinking she was helping me rebuild my credit. I immediately sent an eamil requesting cancelation of prior request and they still debited my bank for $159.99... I called there toll free number (1-800-430-0672) and could never get through. I was directed to email instead. I thought I had already did that when I sent my original request. I sent them an email like they request and I recived a repsonse back saying that they sent the cancelation form to my address. Thinking this was still unaceptable because I need my money back quicker than what snail mail could provide.

I tried calling again when they first opened and after about 5 minutes on hold I got to talk to a live human being which told me in a nut shell if I wanted to dispute the charge they would send me the paper work to fill out for fraud... Again I explained it was family and I did not want to press any charges it just was all a simple misunderstanding... They said I was qualified for a refund of $100 but $59.99 was an application fee and was unrefundable..

I was a first pissed but if I could get at least $100 of it back I was willing to accept the loss. But they still insisted they could not electronically deposit it back to my acct... I personally do not recomment Prime Mutual or its representing company EDP Reporting... I am too pissed to finish...
