Ripoff

This company had taken 139.95 out of my checking account and told me that it was non refundable and that she (nicole) would not refund it back to my account. When i read the terms and conditions it said nothing about having to pay that much for a card, and i sure in the h*l would not pay that much for a card i have to load myself. My wife got one for free. Nicole told me that i have to write to the credit refund dept. To get my money back. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner or someone and she told me that she was the highest that there was (she was floor supervisor), and would not give the owners name of the company. If anyone would like to email me or call me, i would be glad to discuss a class action suit against them.
