I've had it with Triad Financial.
The loan is 2 years old next month. Yes, we have had problems here and there. We are not criminals, life happens
My caller ID is full of their number. I have logs of their calls. I have logs and recordings of their messages. They DO NOT follow the one contact a day rule. Even if they talk to someone here or leave a message, they do it on the next phone call. If they took all the money, they spend calling me a billion times a day, I bet they could make a car payment for me.
When an auto payment from our bank account is set up, it's never taken out on the right date. Usually the day before, which means generally the money is not in there, cause we set up so that when the pay check goes in, the car payment goes out. If they did their part right, there would be no reason for a late payment. Then, when the payment is returned, they don't send it back through, thinking they put it through on the wrong date, nope, they start calling, calling, calling, calling and calling. I am so sick of hearing the phone ring, I shut it off at times.
I've expressed my problems with them. They act like they are doing me a favor, giving me "their" extension number, saying I can always reach so and so there. That's fine and dandy but when I call right back, that person A.) don't work there and never heard of them or B.) has transferred departments. Now that is a fast transfer and promotion!
Then, I have the oh so bright reps, that say it's only in my significant others name, so they can't talk to me. However, he has made it VERY clear, they have to talk to me, due to his job. He leaves here at 4 A.M. And sometimes it's 10 or 11 P.M. Before he returns. It's construction season. So, we get that used against us too. It all depends on who calls and the crap game they want to play. I am so flippin sick of their games!
They always ask for a reason that the payment is late. However, when you give them a reason, it's laughed at and never good enough. Those people act like they don't have so much as a bad hair day! They live in some fantasy land but the rest of us live in reality and hey, the world is cruel crap happens!
The crap that they do not accept partial payments is stupid. You have someone that can't pay you everything but they can pay you something. They are attempting to pay, they are willing to pay and yet, Triad says "no". What is the deal with that? My word, if someone is trying, that's better then doing nothing at all.
At some point, you have to wonder about a company that uses at least two websites. If you compare those two websites, they are a little different. Also, a company that has offices in AT LEAST three different states. If they were really running a legal business, wouldn't the main offices all be in the same state?
Legally before they repo, in most states, they have to give a Notice Of Intent. That is a 10 day notice to make some arrangements or pay up, before they take further action such as repo'ing your car.in reading most of your posts here, I noticed that is not being mentioned either. They just go repo your vehicles. I would definitely check your state laws on that because you might have more grounds to take legal action. I say more because most of us, already have enough to take legal action on Triad.
Now, I have "John" (who I never can get a hold of) calling me. Stating they are courtesy calls. However, he did slip and say that they want to repo our car. WHAT! At one point in our loan, we were further behind then now and they didn't do anything. Doesn't make it right and I know, it's our fault. The rules of the "Triad Game" are always changing. How do they expect anyone to be happy and fully in compliance when, I'm not sure they know how to run the company. I think Kindergarteners would be more responsible and organized than this company!
I am working on refinancing today. I hope we have better luck with that. Heck, I hope there is a car in the driveway to refinance, the way Triad just takes whenever they want. Triad must be stopped! Write your Attorney Generals, write your state representatives, don't just sit there and do nothing. If we all make a little noise, our voices will be heard. Remember Triad does business in almost every state, there are a lot of us having issues and problems. Send an email to an Attorney General, a state rep or someone today. Contact someone about this every single day until we see action against this company.
For the so called "employees", I just got to know. How do you sleep at night? After harassing people and upsetting households all day long, how do you then go home and treat your families? How do you sleep? I can't imagine how heartless and cruel you have to be to work for Triad. I can't imagine, the frame of mind you have to be in and live in to find working at Triad such a great thing. How mentally damaged are you people?
