Insensitive, cold-hearted, and rude

I have been with Drive since 2-14-3004, and let me tell you, they are the nicest people when you start out, but the minute you miss a payment they turn into the devils that they are. They would call my house after 10pm, and we have small children. They would get really nasty and say things like, "Well, I'll you what, you dont have to make this payment, but everyday that you dont, we are adding a $5 late fee, per day, plus interest." When I told them that was fine, but if you call again at this hour, we would have some problems, they said "Lady you got problems that dont concern us, but you are going to make these payments."

And you can't reach them unless you are late on payments.
I'd rather have taken a cab.

And you can count me in on any lawsuit that you may have, or come to have.
