A customer service rep from emerge mastercard named Israel, called my residence on friday July 7th. When the call was made he was told not to call this # any longer, and proceeded to question the individual who answered the phone, on who they were to tell him not to call. He said that they were not the person who they were contacting, and that they didn't have to listen to them.
