Discover card setup a auto pay then after 8 months they missed taking out 2 mouths and had the odassity to call me and tell me that they are charging me a late fee I explained to them and then they removed late fees, I thought that was the end of that. O MY GOD that was only the beginning 6 mouths later I see my bill and Discover is charging me late pay ever mouth plus charging additional fee for auto pay they did not even take out a minimum payment they informed me that it was my fault, I had proof that it was them so after showing them there auto pay
E-mail updates and lost of disputing they told me that everything is taken care of 45 days later I git a call on a Sunday morning that my account was closed again they fixed the problem but before hanging up they INFORMED THAT SINCE I HAD SO MANY LATE PAYMENTS I'M BEING 28% INTEREST what a bunch of S*!!
