I had an account for some dental work i had done. Set my account up for auto pay. Never was late not even once and made more than the min payment. For my final payment i turned off the auto payment and paid the final balance. Later i was told because i turned off my auto pay my payment wasnt made and i had to pay late fees (didnt matter that the website and confirmtion email said i made the payment) the employee Gary Stephan and managers Rob Hampton and Frank Mccoy (who refused to speak to me) made the whole experience awful.
