Ripoff, unethical, unprofessional, stealers, fraudulent

This company is very difficult to get information to and does not keep accurate records of your information that you give them.

They do not return any of your calls.

They will not payoff your previous loans the way you would like them to be paid off.

They will not follow up on any of the checks that have been sent out and will not provide copies of these checks.

They will not provide appropriate customer service and for some reason can not forward calls to their own supervisors.

Have been charged twice for the same amount because they are not following up on their checks to see if they have been cashed.
