I obtained financing on a 2000 Ford Windstar vehicle approximately one year ago from Transsouth via internet.
I was sent to Nichols Ford FT Worth TX BY Trans-south Finance & assured they would treat me right. I purchased the Windstar in good faith! Approximately one year later transmission went out & while in for repair discovered it did not have original factory transmission & it had been replaced with a rebuilt one according to sticker on transmission, stating this transmission has been replaced!!!
I was not told this at time of purchase! Repair bill this time was 2200.00 plus 173.00 for storage fees until i could come up with money for transmission shop! I also discovered doing search on vin number that this vehicle was a rental car, & not a demo as i was told.
Another deception! I owe 20.000 on this vehicle & have 454.00 mo. Pymts. I contacted this company & informed them of the problem with the vehicle& asked what they could do to help me out.
My thinking was they would contact dealership on my behalf & demand they make it right with me! They did absolutely nothing other than allow me to make a 113.00 interest pymt! This did, nt help much with 2373.00 repair bill i had to pay! I, m furious! I, ve been scammed by the finance company & dealership.
I, m demanding they make it right with me by contacting Nichols ford dealership & requesting they give me customer satisfaction & comply with my demands & allow me to trade vehicle for another with lesser pymts & pay for repair bill & take care of upside down! After all they sent me there! They had a part in this sale, & in my going to this particular dealership! Scammed consumer
