The Toolbox, "Themeware Corp., " tested my stamina by making me "hold" for lond periods of time to speak to my Rep. They never called back, so one had to hold in order to get some help.in the beginning, they were helpful, but now I realize they had to do something to reel in the fish.
As soon as they found out that I intended to sell my own product, instead of theirs, the assistance quickly diminished. Their responses were so vague, I'd hang up completely bewildered.
I was apprehensive for credit reasons, how it might affect my business, so I've been paying up to this month. I'm going to get my bank to refuse the charge in June.
Paying $79.95 monthly for almost 3 years ($2,400.00 or more) has only been "a total waste."
