Ripoff, thieves, corporate crooks and pirates

In 1999 I was attempting to repair my credit from a divorce and made the mistake of applying to fnbm. I sent them a $400 deposit to get a secured credit card. For the next 4 years I paid on time and usually paid the balance in full.in 2003 I got laid off I got 2 months behind on a payment they closed the account and refused to refund my $400.
