After receiving 4-5 calls daily, we make payment arrangements or check by phone with confirmation numbers, Wells Fargo Accept. Still calls. How can they get away with this. I've been in this kind of business for 15 years and if I spoke to my customers like they speak to me, I would be out of a job. You can never get a Supervisior and when you first speak to them they say the calls is being recorded... How can that be, if they can't remember who you spoke to last!!!
