Capital Financial offered me a credit card with a $2,000 limit. All they wanted in return was $200, which they would pay me back in vouchers which could be used to pay off the credit card balance.
Turns out, the credit card can only be used to purchase things out of a catalogue, which the company conveniently forgot to mention.
After calling their customer service line and discovering it was down, I called my bank and had them reverse the charges immediately. Which they refused to do. See seperate consumer complaints about Bank of the West.
