This is the worst bank. Don't deal with them. They hire toddlers to work for them and rip you off big time and their customer service is clearly unsatisifactory and unprofessional. I had a fraudulant claim that I filed against a merchant and they kept telling me that they never got the paperwork. I kept calling back to make sure they did and finally they received it recently but acted stupid and ignorant about my claim on the phone. They told me I had an overdrawn account for $900 and a fraudulant collection agency had a hold on my account for $5,000 actually claiming I owed $2,000 for an old Discover card account from 1991. What a rip off!!! They are a corrupt company that should go out of business and a class action lawsuit should definitely be filed against them!!!
