Homecomings Financial is a cold-hearted calculating, rip-off company whose sole purpose is to steal the homes of hard-working American citizens across the country. They foreclosed on our home after we had three mortgage lenders and two private investors try to intervene on our behalf.
Homecomings Financial denied, blocked or sabotaged every attempt we used to save our home. Some of the these lenders were actually told that the refinancing would never happen and one investor was told Homecomings Financial would not sell him our property for ANY amount and the only thing they wanted was for us to get out! (In those exact words!)
Homecomings Financial stalled giving potential lenders vital information needed to process our refinancing. We were told by a lender that they believed Homecomings Financial were monitoring our declining credit scores, knowing that if they withheld our information long enough we would be below the lenders standard.
At this time we are facing eviction and we are asking ourselves, How did we get here? And the answer is, Homecomings Financial ripped us off! But we believe that all it takes is one touch of God's favor to turn all of this around. We will NOT go away, no matter what happens! We are children of the Almighty God and with him all things are possible!
We have contacted the State of Indiana Attorney General, The United States Federal Trade Commission, The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, State of Indiana and Washington, D.C. Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac Agency, and the Indiana Mortgage Help Line Office of the Inspector General Fraud Department.
We are posting this scenario to let other Homecomings Financial rip-offees know that they are not alone and as long as we have faith and trust in God that he will see us through and bring victory and justice for all of us. Be strong willed and determined. Do not give up and do everything you can to recover what Homecomings Financial deliberately has stolen from you!
