I am the only person on the loan. They claim that I share the mortgage with someone who has filed bankruptcy. I do not! In fact, their company required me to give written and oral permission to have the other party speak with them regarding the loan - which is not something that a co-signer would need.
I have every piece of paperwork involved with this mortgage, all of which state that there is no co-borrower. This loan does not even appear on the other person's credit report, nor did he sign any paperwork for their company.
I tried to purchase a new home at an amazing price and could not get financed. My report shows that the house is involved in bankruptcy and that the bankruptcy cleared off all debt to this company. After numerous conversations with multiple AMC employees, and numerous disputes with all three credit bureaus, I am going to pursue legal relief.
They have broken countless regulations under the Federal Credit Reporting Act and continuously lie about it. I am pregnant and this is causing extreme problems with my pregnancy and numerous other aspects of my life.
I have also received two credit cards before my knowledge of their fraudulent claim and they have extremely low limits and high interest rates.
