I received a 'official' looking letter from this attorney representing Pinnacle Credit Agency that 'supposedly' bought a debt from a credit card company and said they may file to garnish my wages from my employer. I don't recall the debt and when I printed all three credit reporting agency reports... Equifax, Experian and TransUnion - NONE of them had me to owe a past debt nor be deliquent on any debts. So I contacted the original credit card company on the letter and that company showed nothing that I owed or was sold to a collection agency. The amount is rather large and I think something is up with this.
