I sent west asset management a cease com letter by certified mail and they signed for it on april 19. I have the green post office card to verify this and a copy of the letter. They still keep calling me in violation of federl and state law.
Thus far they have called 11 times. They lie that they did not receive this. I have the receipt. So i faxed a copy of the letter and receipt and they still call.
I need help. I am not a rich person but someone needs to sue them for the violations.
