I have had the misfortune of dealing with these people for two years, when i got this car, I was told they were a step up from the finance company I had. HAH! Anyway, My story is similar to the others: rude people, unacceptable calling times, I cant tell you how many times they have made my wife cry, but hang up when I get on the phone. I swear I wish I knew their physical address, that's probably why it can not be found anywhere on the net
So, I am trying to find out the payoff on my car so that I can refinance or trade it, but they will not tell me or the dealership. They put him on hold and let him sit. I told them I regretted the day I ever got involved with them and was told by a supposed manager, "We feel the same way". I quickly said, "well then, tell me my payoff and we can part ways". Didn't work, I think it is sport to these people.
I am printing out these other reports and will take them to my dealership that put me with them, my bank that wouldn't help me out, and to whichever dealer will sell me another car despite having this one on my credit. I plan on buying another vehicle, taking a step back to a "we finance" place, and telling centrix to come get the car if they can find it.
