Chase Manhattan Bank has reported to the credit company that i have an open judgement of $62,000 (which i dont have). I have talked to the bank and they stated that they have no information about me, so there is nothing they can do. They have transfered me to differant departments and nobody can find anything about me or the judgement. I have sent them a copy of my credit report with a letter explaining the problem by certified mail with no response back from them. What can i do now? I am trying to get a home mortgage and they said until this is removed from my credit report i cant get the loan. Please help if you can.
