Bank Ripoff Policies designed to create fees

Wells Fargo Bank needs to be investigated. Their policies are intended to create fees to charge to their customers. Wells Fargo bought my bank. I had no choice because of my financial situation to stick with them. And they have used that to their advantage in every possible way.

First they debit your account before the run the credits. That practice is done purely to create overdrafts at $33 apeice. Which I might add they debit instantly from your account. Second, they debit your account in order from highest dollar amount to lowest. Again done to create overdrafts. Third, your deposits must be made by 4:00 PM PST, in order to be credited to your account that day. The bank is open until 6:00 PM, but apparently those last two hours done matter. Here is a newsflash... I have a job. I just can't leave to go make a deposit.

In spite of all this, I decided to sign up for overdraft protection, since they are in the business of purposely trying to manufacture them. Of course I was denied. If I had been approved overdrafts would only cost $10.

So, as to not rely so heavily on my checking account, I decided to take advantage of their secured credit card program. Let me state that again... SECURED Credit card. I was putting up the money for my credit limit. Guess what? Yes you got it... Denied.

To me this is the type of uncontrolled greed that is ruining the greatest country in the world. It seems the huge corporations are running roughshod over the people they depend on for their business. And nobody cares.

I am not blaming Wells Fargo for every overdraft I have received. But they have tripled or quadrupled the number I have gotten by these insane business practices. I had two months in a row where my account was charged over $600 in overdrafts. All because my deposits where made after 4:00. And to top it off, you could check your account online, and the deposits made after 4:00 would be shown, but as pending. And I would still get charged the overdrafts.

I wish some lawyer would look in to Wells Fargo. I am sure you could make quite a class action suit against these guys. And if you are a lawyer putting together a suit, I'm definitely interested in participating.
