Apparently I applied for the platinum benefits card. I received a card in the mail and i cut it up and threw it away. I don't understand how someone can be taking money form you when you are not using their services. I'm absolutely furious.
I don't know what to do my bank is telling me that the debit was pre-authorized but they also keep saying that there is no way to contact that company. That's total bull. I want to cancel whatever platinum benefit and private voice crap imeadiately. I'm sick of the charges. 129.95 to start then 9.95 14.95 every month after! I need some help.
