Back in October I was contacted by Advantage Captiol to recieve a credit card through there company. I excepted there offer. They explain that $176.00 would be debited from my account. Two days later I change my mind and cancel my order. I was assured by the customer services agent that my account would not be debited. But it was. I called the company and was assured that the money would be return to my account within seven days. Well this did not happen. Again I was on the phone with the company. I was told that there was a mistake and my account would not except the refund. Needless to say the money was still not return to my account. It is now the end of April I have sent them bank statemnets showing that the money was not return to my account. Still no refund. It is now going into the seventh month and I have heard every excuse told every lie and no money has been return to my account. I know that $176.00 is not a lot of money but it is my money. I would like to know what could be done to retrive my money from this RIP OFF COMPANY WITH THER LIES. Toniclarkston, georgia
