Ripoff fraud scam guaranteed personal loans debt consolidation

I receive a application from ICS in the mail saying i was guaranteed approval for a personal loan up to$5000. I filled out the application, faxed it with all my personal information. They say they will be in touch with in within 24-48 hours it has been a week, three faxes and numberous phone messages and no word from anyone is this company. I hope no one else falls for this scam.
