Company raised the monthly charge and if we sent the old amount agreed upon in the contract they placed it into a separate account called "forebearance, suspense" and did not credit it at all.
Then they keep charging "late fees" and say we are 3 months behind on mortgage payments.
When they bought our mortgage from Option One, they did not credit the full amount remaining but added some $6,000 and then said we did not pay the month's mortgage to old company, when in actuality we did.
We cannot TALK to anyone in this company. They do not listen.
