I struggled and yes had a couple late payments. I sent partial payments always returned to me. I was sent a Foreclosure notice. I came up with all the payments and late fees and that was sent back to me and was told I must enter a Forebearance agreement. Sent back the original money order that would have brought me current and had to agree to pay all the "FEES" that they say they had for the Foreclosure. I did complete the agreement and am still fighting with them about charging late fees and other misc. Amounts during that time and reporting them on my credit. I am currently trying to Refinance to get rid of this company.
