Sun National Mortgage & Funding ripoff Mortgage refinancing process with lies and delays, and at the end loss

Re; Claim of dishonest information. Damage causing actions. Withholding files for 9 months

April I was approached by the Sun Mortgage & Findings with an offer to refinance my property.
After a long conversation with Brianna Simons who presented herself as Office manager, we started together the process of refinancing. Brianna offered me 1.25% Interest rate in an adjustable rate mortgage plan.
I mentioned to her that I would like to refinance the 3 other properties that were on my name as well.
She quoted me the price of 1% since we had more then one mortgage. To my question how long the process should take, she said no more then 3 weeks.
This was April. She called me many times for all kinds of forms, etc she needed, and received everything promptly.

In the mean time, we had calls in which she started to be more personal and friendly, and I trusted her.
As time went on, nothing moved and Brianna said to me every time she was asked, where the process stands, It is all the fault of Washington Mutual bank, because they are so backed up.in the mean time, I called to ask if there is any progress, and she stopped returning my calls, no messages were replied. The receptionist would always say: Brianna is on the other line and I left messages. I wrote Brianna e-mail, did not get any respond. I asked her if they have decided to drop my file, and release me, so I could work with some one else. Then I got her on the phone, and she said, that she was right now on the phone with Washington Mutual, and they need more forms. Finally I had one closing with and out rages charge (which I didn't know better, until Washington Mutual pointed it out to me) on the 31 of Aug.

From here Brianna promised to have the others done within a couple of days.

Then, finally I called Washington Mutual, and found out that:
1. Brianna filed for one refinancing only 10/8/04 (I applied in April)
2. Brianna told Washington Mutual to hold the file, because I was out of the country. (Lie)
3. Brianna said Washington Mutual needs 3 more forms (Lie) Washington Mutual said the file was ready waiting for a long time
4. Brianna said Washington Mutual needed another proof of liquid assets. When I called Washington Mutual they said they didn't need anything, the file has been ready to close quiet a while.
5. Imperial Title Company called to tell me how the file was waiting for a long time but nothing moved.
6. Washington Mutual closed 2 of my refinancing within 2 weeks from the day I reapplied with them
7. Washington Mutual charged me $2700.00 less for the process then Sun Mortgage & Findings LLC, in spite of all the promises that they were doing their best and that it was all just Washington Mutual's fault.
8. Brianna said not worry, the appraisal is valid for 90 days and more.
9. December Washington Mutual said to me they had to close the file, because it was open too long and they don't keep the files open for so long.
10. Brianna said they lie. The truth was She lied.
11. When I told the office manager and the reception lady that I am filling a claim for their service and lies, I had the closing set and ready for the next day. At that point I did not want to work with them any more. I already applied directly with Washington Mutual Bank.
12. Brianna said that I can not get any funds out from the refinancing of the Center Court property, that I need to bring about 4-5 thousand $ to the closing. Lie. I did receive funds and did not have to bring money to the table.
13. Since Brianna and I got to be good friends, she told me: I would tell you if there were any junk fees applied to our good faith estimate. Lie. She never disclosed to me that the fees I was charged could be changed, and/or avoided. I trusted her
14. Brianna said that Washington Mutual is not willing to give me the mortgage. Lie
15. Brianna said that Washington Mutual is not willing to give me the mortgage, for the agreed 1.25%, only 1.75%. Lie. I got the loan I wanted and for the Rental property for 1.65%.
16. I had to pay second time for the appraisals

The Sun Mortgage and Funding manager told me 3 times he would call me back with an answer. Never did.
Now, within these 10 months I have lost money, time, had to do the appraisal again because she lingered the time.
I want to be compensated. I attach the letter I sent to Sun Mortgage and Fundding, LLC.
I also send here by the paperwork with this company.
