I am a 100% ser conn Persian Gulf Vet, While waiting for my disability to go through (2 years), my wife started a store to help us pay bills and live.
A salesman came and told us we would not pay anything unless we used their visa machine. I read contract it was only 2 pages then.
When our store was robbed we were down for a few months and noticed around $120 payments being taken from our Business Account. I called the number on the machine and complained.
They said they were sorry and they were having trouble with salesmen lying to get customers. We said we wanted out our business was closed. She sent us a mailing slip prepaid and a box to send back our machine.
They said they would take care of it. This was in Dec 1996.in or around 1998 sometime I get a bill for $2000 plus some for this machine. When I told them they took it back they said they did not care and I still owe the money. I told them I wanted to go to court.
They called and called sometimes 5 times a day and when the Arabic people working their found out I was a disabled Persian Gulf vet from my wife they really started hounding me. All I ever said was I want to go to court.
Last year I get a summons to Kentucky against Leasecom. I have NEVER been in Kentucky other than to drive though it and to get gas. I wrote the Judge and court asking for a continuance, since I would need a lawyer there.
They never replied nor called the listed number they just filed against me as not being there. Next at the end of last year 2001 and beginning of 2002 I get a letter saying they were now going to file this in North Carolina, and that no trial was necessary just filling it to collect. Then last month they have filed papers to take my home and property from me.
All I have is my little 2 acres and a used trailer bought with all my disability money. I am both 100% VA Ser Conn and SSDI, I am sick very sick at times.
There will be a Ruby Ridge here if no one will help. How is it my fault for not being able to work if I had worked I would not have any medical help nor finical.
I sent back their box Value under $100. Why did they have court in Kentucky my business was here in NC and they are in MA. If they have people here filing against me this judgment from Kentucky why not go to court here. I can tell you because they are crooked and corrupt.
They are liars and harassers, they have no moral values and if you look far enough in I am sure you will find a connection with out of US backing from middle eastern people, and if not why did they have Persians calling me cussing me in Arabic and harassing me. This is not just me either the Internet is filled with complaints about these people.
I need help I do not know what to do but I will say I will not give up my little piece of crap home and land for a $50 dollar keypad with snail slow modem in a small plastic box.
When I called and they sent stuff to send back device account should have been closed, they promised. I know I erred in not getting documented proof but when they sent the stuff I was trying to work with them. Little did I know they were screwing me over. Lastly
I will die with a gun in my hands protecting my Family and our land. I spent 6 years in service (NAVY) did 3 tours in the Persian Gulf, (SHIELD, STORM, POST STORM) and even worked for NASA. I have followed all the rules and love God with
all my heart but if anyone thinks I will go to a foreign country to kill for my government, but will not stand up for my family, they are sadly mistaken.
