Dear honest people. Litton Loan Servicing in Houston Texas holds thousands of mortgages in the usa. My mother just passed away and she has been lied to and scamed by LLS for over 3 years now. The Mortgage just fell on my wife after my mothers death since my wife was on the mortgage.
LLS had jacked my mothers house note to where she could hardly pay it since she was drawing widows benifits. The note originally was $286.00 a month and Litton bought the mortgage and then the deception began. Litton had raised my mothers house note to $686.00 a month and they would add to her note very high home owners insurance that cost over $300.00 a year but you end up paying over $1000.00 dollars to LLS in that year for this insurance. This is a scam by LLS.
Two days before my mothers death she fought with them for over two hours on the phone and had it so-called fixed to where she was going to be paying $409.00 a month which now they deny.
My mother payed the house note on the 3/3 and she died the 16th and now they tell my wife they need a payment of $157.64 to bring the note up current. LLS wants $496.00 by the 4/24 and in 5/24 they are expecting a note of $569.00 a month for 16 months. How can a crooked company survive the way they screw people and raise their notes so high they can't pay it?
LLS needs to be stopped and put in prison for the lies and scams. I see their names all over the internet for ripping honest hard working folks off. My mother was 61 at her death and they dont care if your old and widowed on a low income they will try and break you financially so you cannot make their payments and then they send you threats by mail on forcloser.
Sometimes bankruptcy is the only way to be saved from Litton Loan Servicing and their crooked insurance scam. Someone with the knowledge please stop them.
