My mother in 1997 [now deceased]mortgaged her property to move a small house on almost 4 acres of property by a mortgage company.in 1999 Litton Loan came on the scene.
Her monthly note was originally right at $300.00 a month. First thing with Litton they never posted my mother payments on time as they were sent 10 days before the due date. Litton also took out forced insurance on her even though she carried her own private home owners insurance for fire ect. Litton forced flood insurance on my dear deceased mother and she was not even in a flood zone period.
By march my mother died of a heart attack after her battle on the phone with the crooks. Litton Loan had raised her mortgage payments to $709.00 a month and mother was on a fixed income of just over $500.00 monthly. Mother was raged as my wife since her name is on the account also. Mother went through so many different people trying to get the payments straight about 2 hours she was sick and then died of worry and Litton causing her rage with them. Litton is not only crooks but murderers also.
Mother was 61 Rest in peace dear mother in heaven because Larry litton as all his crooks will go to hell forever and burn.
After mothers death my sister sold me her half of the property after the succession. I am sole owner also on a fixed income but my wife works for small change compared to our monthly bills since Litton Loan entered our lives in 1999 which they deny. They say they came on the scene after 2000 but old documents show 1999. I did a RESPA REQUEST and Litton could only go back to 2003. We went bankrupt chpt 13 and our bankruptcy in $668.00 monthly.
According to our records our bankruptcy trustee pays Litton $496.00 monthly and we have been in it for 17 months. When we filed in April Litton Loan claimed a roughly $26,000 dollar payoff. I get a monthly statement from Litton Loan and Litton Loan still claims we owe over $24,000.00 and Litton Loan has been payed over $8,000.00 by our bankruptcy trustee. We should be showing to owe $18,000.00 roughly.
Litton Loan just also sent forced insurance papers to us for the 2nd time since we filed bankruptcy and we have insurance to cover everything. Litton Loan has violated the bankruptcy court rules by even contacting this family which they do monthly. Litton Loan you will come down one day and soon because AMERICA is your enemy now and your demonic force will soon fall with your FRAUD.
