First What a nightmare!

I recieved the First Premier Credit Card about 3 weeks ago and I received a bill for approx 172.00 in fees. I paid 184.00 to cover all fees and anyonline charges on 3/17/06. It cleared my bank on 3/20/06 with a ref #. I went to purchase 52.00 worth of items today a local home improvement store and was declined and used a ligitimate credit card to pay for this. Problem is online information showed 246.00 available credit as of 3/17/06 on the First premier website (I printed the info so they can't deny this).

I called the "customer service" number. What a joke. The service rep was rude and interuptive and accused me of intterupting her and screaming at her although every time I tried to reason with her she screamed her rant at me. I think they train these guys to upset people and treat them like losers. I was told that my payment could bounce? (online payment cleared my bank 3/20/06 and it's 3/25/06) an that's why they are on hold until 4/3. Obviously this is a scam cc and a class action needs to happen soon.

I went back to my paper work and found a "possible" 20day wainting period to apply the funds, but the website site terms say nothing about this!!! My online account info still shows 246.00 available as of 3/17/06. Not true! I will cancel ASAP!!! They claim to be a bank and that's why the put a hold on your online payments! This must be the banking policy on MARS! Tony Soprano could have a very lucrative business if he went into this.
