Ripoff, indisclosed late fees, due dates on statements different that their system

This company has been charging me late fees, when my payments have been on time. The due dates on the statements sent out ARE different that what their systems report. I found out when i tried to refi my house and it showed on my credit. I am now trying to dispute the "late fees" and the late on my credit. Now i have to wait to refi! To everyone else that this has happened to: Lets start a lawsuit. They are taking advantage of consumers because they figure we won't do anything.
