Aspire Credit Card
Have 400.00 limlitbut everytime i try the card is denied and no one at aspire will talk to me. I have paid on this card ripoff

I think i have been cheated can't use this card and the money I have paid in too. It's just not right. Every time I tried to use this card I am denied but have a 400.00 limit. I want my money back or this problem fixed. Can you help me? Thank you
