I just want everyone to know how dishonest they are. I work out of town from time to time. I was going to let the car go back, but I found out the car I have had for two years was not the car they had financed. They sent someone to pick up the car more than 3 times, and each one who came for it said that the car I had wasn't the car they were looking for. The last time they came I wasn't home; I was out of town. They had someone come that night and try to get the car, and they said the same thing. This person wrote the VIN on the car down, then came back that morning and said they had the right VIN for the car. I knew they didn't, because I checked the VIN on the car against my paperwork and they were two different VINs. That made the contract null and void, because I never had the car they financed.
Now they are trying to put a car on my credit that I never had and are coming after me for the money for the car. It wasn't my fault I didn't have the right car, and I feel I should get all my money back, since I never had the car that I purchased and my mother co-signed for. They basically lied to my aunt, who was visiting and didn't know anything about the VIN being wrong on the car, and now they are trying to cover it up so they can get their money out of me so they won't lose their money, even though it was the dealership that sold me the wrong car and never came forward to let me or them know I had the wrong car.
