To whom it may concern,
I followed your instructions and reported HomeQ Servicing to the Federal Trade Comission December 28. I submitted all of my information via certified mail, it was signed for.
It is now March 6 and I haven't heard from anyone. Will they contact me personally to let me know if this company is being investigated by them? Is there a certain department I should have sent this information to? Or should I call a follow up? Please advise
