I bought a new home in San Antonio in June. My loan has been sold 3 times since then and I am unlucky enough to have this clueless bunch of imbeciles as the current loan providers.
When they acquired the loan they assessed a late fee and held a payment transfer from a previous loan company "in suspense". I am nearly 50 years old, have owned several homes, and have never been late with a mortgage payment. It was obvious to me that the late fee ocurred because one of the other loan providers had transferred funds late. Obvious to me, but not to the idiots at Wilshire. I have fought with them now for more than 8 weeks about this and have provided proof of ontime payments to all of the companies involved.
I thought we finally has resolved this last month when "Mary Brown" told me that they would wave all of the late fees and bring my account up to date. She lied.
I just opened my March statement to find that they have assessed another late fee because the account was not brought up to date. When I called again and talked to the tenth different "customer service representative" that I have talked to, I was told that I was still a month behind in payments and owed a late fee. I am infuriated! How do companies like this stay in business?
I gave proof to these morons that all payments were made and made ontime, yet they still cannot fix the problem and have now started sending recorded bill collector messages to my house. If I could afford an attorney I would hire one just because I am sick of dealing with these brain-dead, uncaring people.
