Arrow Financial Services has been harrassing me with phone calls every day sometimes as late as 9 pm just recently. They refuse to stop calling and call me once a day and leave messages or use a voice mail. This is unacceptable and I will not tolerate it anymore.
I am writing them a cease and desist letter notifying them to stop all calls and that I refuse to pay them.
