MEDIA & CONSUMERS - I am happy to discuss my case with you.

I tell you - Citibank is a "real class act". Connections to the Enron scandal - misreportings of Citibank accounts as delinquent. Real class act. Maybe "class action" is more like it!
My 2001 closed Citibank account was "conveniently" misreported on credit report as "delinquent" (e.G. 120-day "lates) after account closure. My Citibank account was also misreported as closed in 2003.
2003 americredit paid/closed account
*Americredit account misreported as "delinquent" after account closure.
*Americredit account misreported as open.
Equifax credit report
"Blank" / thin file credit reports by Equifax - declined several times due to "blank" credit report.
This practice led to credit declines for almost 2 years and home loan declines for about a year. I have suffered:
*Real estate appreciation
*Real estate fees
*Home equity loss
*Rent
*Higher insurance rates
*Lost wages & educational losses
Don't let this happen to you.
AnnualCreditReport provides free credit reports. Check your credit report often for errors. Report errors to the creditors and 3 credit reporting agencies (Transunion, Equifax, Experian) as soon as possible. Send letters certified, return receipt.
If they still do not correct the errors, you might retain an attorney at NACA. Good luck.
