I purchased tickets recently on Ticketmaster.com, and two weeks later there was a random charge on my account. I called the 800 number listed on my statement and found that there is never anyone on the other end of the line.
After doing a lot of research online, I found that I, too, was a victim of fraudulent activity involving Ticketmaster. They released my credit card information to this "Entertainment Rewards," which I never agreed to.
