Called and offered credit card to rebuild credit. For a 200.00 payment which was taken out of my checking accout. Never got the credit card. Ripoff

Was contacted by the company offering a credit card to help rebuild my credit. They required a $200 payment which was taken from my checking accout. I've not been able to reach them again and I've not gotten the credit card.
