Ripoff As I read emails, I realized I never applied for this card. I believe I was also fooled by 1st Premier

I received a credit card with a credit limit of $250.00 in March.By the time the card arrived the credit limit was actually $75.00.

My minimum payment in April was $20.00 and I my first payment of $200.00 and used my card 2 times without going over the limit in April.

I missed one month payment in the Beginning of May by May my statement stated my minimum payment was $50.00.By May 13 my balance was 363.91.
