I was approved for a pay day loan for three hundred dollars. The loan was not suppose to go through with the proper paper work being fax to them like the requested in there email. The next day the money was in my bank account. For receiving the money I had to pay an extra sixty dollars. I haven't had the whole three hundred and sixty dollars so they have been removing sixty dollars a week out of my bank account just for fees. I have done some research and there fees are illegal in Michigan and there licence only permits them to give out loans in Utah. I know what they did to me has to be illegal they turned this into a debt I can not come out from under. Please give me some advice so I can save from this every happening again, so I can protect myself and possibly others.
