In the year 2000 I purchased a car from a large deslership costing fourteen thousand dollars. It was finances through Nuvell I did not know at the time that the intrest rate was 23.90% I have never heard of intrest rates that high. My payments were three hubdred ninety five dollars a month for sixty months. That adds up to twenty three thousand seven hundred dollars.
I have to date paid eighteen thousand nine hundred sixty dollars without ever missing a payment, or paying late.
I am now disabed and my only income is a small monthly penson and nuvell will not give me any consideration whatsoever. I feel absolutely riped off. I can no longer afford the monthly payments, but i also feel that i have paid enough money on this car. I think there should be a law aganst such high intrest rates.
