Ip-off, scam, has not responded to my emails or refund request? Pleasanton? Victoria, B.C.? British Columbia?

Oh, how I wish I had done a search on this company BEFORE handing over $99!! I would have known better. As with all of the other entries I've read, I was sucked in by their "97% guarantee". This was in July. I have emailed the "company" ([email protected]), I have sent them all of the decline letters from all six companies TWICE, and they haven't even bothered to reply.

In all of the entries I've read on this site about this company, only ONE person has received a refund. If I don't receive a reply AND a refund by the end of January, I am going to do whatever I can to not only get my money back, but to do a little advertising of my own... AGAINST this so-called "company". As well as contacting the BBB, my lawyer, and anyone else I can think of to stop this company from ripping people off.in fact, I'll contact my brother, who happens to be an investigative reporter. This is the kind of company he loves to investigate.

If any of you have read any of the other threads on this site about this company, you may have read where Mark stated the following in a rebuttal to another dissatisfied customer:

"We always respond to emails sent to us."

Where are your responses to MY emails, Mark?

"She was sent results by email within 10 days of getting her money order. We are not responsible for email problems on her end."

Again, where are the results of my refund request? I followed every step to the letter! You got my money back in July. I sent my first refund request back in August or September, and my second refund request on December 12, with Delivery Confirmation, so I know it was received by your company.

It's now January 15th. I'd say the "15-30 days" you state on your website has definitely passed... So why haven't I heard anything back from you?

Oh, and one last thing. I've got an address in Pleasanton, CA, an address in San Jose, CA, and even an address in Victoria, BC in Canada for this "Mark Roberts". Where do you really live, Mark? Where is your "business" located? If your business is so legitimate, you wouldn't be afraid to list an actual, real, physical address where your "employees" do all of their "hard work", AND you would put a phone number and an email address directly on your website where people could contact you! What's the matter, are you afraid of having to talk to all of the people who you've scammed?

Be a man, Mark. Give your customers contact information (phone number, address, email address) where someone will actually answer the phone, open the mail, and answer the emails!

Have you heard of a little thing called "karma"? If you don't change your ways soon, your karma is going to kick your butt.

To anyone out there thinking about giving this company your money, DON'T DO IT! You won't get anything back from them that's worth a dime.
