Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is the most frustrating company I have ever worked with. I specifically told the man who sold this to me, that I wasn't very good on the computer, and that I would need lot's of help. He assured me that USA had numerous departments, and they would all help me set up a Web Site, in addition to everything else, I would need to do on the computer, to start a business, and "that was what they were there for." He repeatedly told me, they were one big happy family and they would explain everything I needed help with.
By the second week, of my involvement in USA, I found the opposite to be true. I think I called everyone employed by USA, and was told basically the same thing, "It was my business, so figure it out, and then hung up on.
I tried for a minimum of a month and a half, to set up a web page and figure out what to sell, but putting it in the computer, was just over my head.
Several months later, I received an email from Adrain Villalba, who claimed to be a Success Coach, SMI Graduate/Master trainer. I was excited and in hopes he would be my salvation, however, he directed me to a website, to correspond with him, that I couldn't even get into.
I should have know better, and never bought into the story I was initially told.
