I was really impressed when I first read Mark Warren's Ultimate Wealth website. Who wouldn't want to make tons of money by doing next to nothing? Mark Warren says that all you have to do is follow his directions, activate a website that he helps you set up and wait for the cash to roll in. The BIG thing is that he says that if you decide that his program isn't for you, he will REFUND ALL your money—No questions asked, as long as you request a refund within 30 days after you join. He says over and over that you have "nothing to risk".
Sounds great, right? WRONG!
I joined MWUW on April 8. To the information I was told that I would need to start, I sent him payments of $49.95 and $39.95 to join and get instructions to get started. I also send another $67.00 on April 14 for other materials I was told would give me a big advantage. I realized that I just didn't have the time to commit to this, so I wrote to Mark Warren on April 21 and requested a full refund. This was clearly within the 30 day limit. I received an email saying that they would be happy to give me a refund if I could prove to them that I had used their system and tell them why it hadn't worked for me! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I emailed once again April 23,24 and 26 requesting an immediate refund—no answer. One more time—I email again on May 8 an 9, basically begging at this point to give me my refund. Nothing.
I had searched all over Mark Warren's website to find a telephone number to contact a real person and finally (in the member's private area) I found a support number—866-903-9424. On May 10 I spoke to a woman that gave her name as Kathy that barely spoke English. She explained to me that she was there only to give me technical support and that if I had other problems she would not be able to help me. After explaining that I had tried several times to contact MW by email without success, she took my name and told me that she would forward my information to MIDPHASE who would expedite my refund.
It is now June 4 and I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Mark Warren or anyone with his company. Nor do I expect to.
No matter how much of Mark Warren's hype you read—RUN, DON'T WALK away from this huge SCAM! Take your hard-earned money and put it into something you can actually trust—like the bank!
