My husband and I joined this program in Oct. have paid in over 20,000 of which 7310.00 was their "Fee" and then they resolved a credit card for us at 7805.00 we still had 5000 in escrow when I got a call yesterday telling me that USCM was going bankrupt and we had lost every thing. (This call was made by a employee that discovered what was going on and confronted the owners.)
So after I cried my eyes out I got ticked and being as I only live 2 hours from this business I decided I would go there and demand my money. I threw one heck of a fit. I was told there was no such company and the names that I had been given by the ex employee where no where to be found. SO I ended up leaving my name and number to a woman that game me her name as Missy Herra (which was later found out to be an alis and she was really Laura Durdick the accounts payable and receiveable for USCM. She gave me her cell number and took mine and said she would do so investigating and call me by Monday. Before I left I told them I would be back in a week to talk to the owner or some one in charge and I would have my attorney and the local news with me. However I left and was no more than 10 minute out from their office "Missy" called and told me to come back she was getting my check in the amount of what was left in my escrow. When I talked to the ex employee I gave them Missy Cell number and then learned that who Missy really was. I also found out that Dr. Herman Coerra, Melton Coerra, & William Ricardo are the Chairman, CEO, AND you guessed President.
I encourage any one that got screwed by this company to go there demand your money. They will tell you they filed bankruptcy on this past Monday they haven't yet and they are doing business as WWDS. Which is World Wide Debt Solutions. So beware. This company should not be confused by World Debt Solutions for World Debt Solutions is a HONEST Company.
I did repeat did get my escrow and now going after my "Fees" since they obviously didn't do anything to earn it.
