August it began with Consumer Wise Debt Solutions, Inc. I had credit card debt and needed guidance. I was led to believe an escrow account with Note World Services Center would be set up to collect my payments to them, initially $845.00 ($500.00 upfront fee... A bad thing I came to learn. I paid this amount in Sept.'09, and the following month an autodraft from my bank account was in the amount of $334.23 October. All this was begun by Alex Robinson, and I followed instructions to forward my credit card bills to them, and to not speak to my creditors, and report creditors calls to me, which I did to Alex. Alex was pulled off my case by "Bob Johnson", and he stated he was taking over the case. I asked for his extension and he gave me anything but... First ext, 232 Jay Strong, then ext. 223, A Fran answered and was sympathetic and went to speak to her supervisor, "Johnny James". And I was hung up on. Last I heard Sue was taking over my case but Bob Johnson gave me the incorrect number for Sue and I never even spoke to Sue. After the brutal abusive unprofessional conduct exhibited by "Bob Johnson", evasive dismissive tactics, incorrect referrals, the basic runaround, a Customer Service number that just is a round-about, worthless to reach anyone and reported repeatedly.in addition they added $2699 on my credit debt to pay for their referral to an attorney for a loan modification program... Something you can do directly with the lender. So, I did and then asked for a refund from that law office, CWDSI referred me to and was denied. So, I only gained debt, $3878.23, had no money in the Note World Escrow services account, and no money applied to creditors, and a refusal to refund the money they literally stole from me. I went to my bank manager and she overheard the nature of the tone of business efforts with CWDSI. It was nasty and no way would I choose to do any further business with these crooks. I had to change bank accounts, issue stop payments, call the escrow account people and I gave up trying to communicate with anyone at CWDSI. Yes, letters are removed from this site because I wrote one in the past and so did others. This company is dirty in my opinion and I lost my shirt to them. So, fair warning, these people are not who they pretend to be.in fact, they pretend to be people they are not. Deceivers and scammers. My credit took a big hit, too and was impeccable prior to CWDSI. I learned the hard way. Now you have been warned. And CWDSI, I have my own attorney and bank coming after you. You won't last long doing business as you did with me, and I'm an educated woman, a RN of 40 years, a woman of service and integrity. Especially a man, Bob Johnson... He really needs to go... Works in processing...??? I doubt it's his real name by the way employees acted when I called and asked for him. The business stinks! It is apparently a hoax for me.
